Dear Herr Presenhuber,

What a wonderful surprise to find your e-mail this morning in my Inbox! Trust that all the members of Capella Concertante are all safely back and busy with your wonderful work in music education.

It was indeed a privilege to have had you here in the Cape and especially the work that you have conducted with the Hugo Lambrecht Music Centre and their learners. The opportunity to extend our cooperation with Upper Austria to this level where workshops and concerts are combined with a visit such as that of Capella Concertante is highly appreciated. I have always had the highest respect (and envy) for the Austrian appreciation of music education: No wonder that you have all this talent developed!

The range of the contents of your concert was appreciated and showcased the extensive talent that you have present in the members of Capella Concerntante. As always, one appreciate some 'indigenous' musical performance and the inclusion of performances of work originating from both South Africa and South /Central America indicates the musicality and scope of your repertoire.

It is indeed a pity that not more people could attend the concert on the Wednesday, but it was a particularly busy week socially in Cape Town with the opening of Parliament and many other engagements.
